Refund/Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Some products offer an extended guarantee, please reference individual product sales information for complete details. Our training programs have a discovery day guarantee which allows participants to attend the first training with a full money back guarantee. We must receive email notification of cancelation within 24 hours after the first training.
Please submit any cancellation request via email to lmiller@spendmend.com in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 14-days of purchase date.
Upon request for your return, you will receive specific instructions for returning your order. Do NOT ship your product to any address other than the one you specifically receive upon requesting your RMA number.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds on Digital Downloads: All sales are FINAL and all charges from those sales are non-refundable. We have a NO REFUND POLICY with digital downloads. Before you click purchase on the final confirmation page, make sure that what you’re about to order is correct. If you experience any problem with your download, please contact us immediately at lmiller@spendmend.com
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation request via email to lmiller@spendmend.com.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
